  • Membership Duration: Membership benefits are valid for a period of 10 years from the enrollment date.

  • Additional Services:

  • Humidifier services incur extra charges.

  • Additional vents will be charged at the standard rate.

  • Extra furnaces will also incur additional charges.

  • Charges for dryer vent services apply separately.

  • Additional Visits: Fees will apply for any visits or services that are not covered under the membership.

  • Repair Discounts: Discounts on repairs are applicable only to active members.

  • Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and are valid only for the property enrolled.
